Perosnal Writing: My Experience In The Navy This was happening about 10 years ago when I was first came to the United States. I was 13 years old at that time. I remembered correctly it was my first day at school, I was very excited to go to school in America, it was a big day for me since I came from a very poor country. I learned English from the beginning, the rest of the kids were all spoke English really well.
